Assists Executive Director with development of personnel policies and procedures
Develops/updates job descriptions, as needed
Assists with hiring by: Participating in applicant interviews; Discussing applicants with hiring team; Assisting Executive Director with hiring decisions
Welcomes new hires to the organization, including providing/explaining information in onboarding packet
Assists with responding to and resolving staff concerns, including implementing disciplinary measure(s), as needed
Discusses data reports with staff, as needed
Maintains staff confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
Maintains quality service by following organization standards
