Human Resources Specialist
- Assists Executive Director with development of personnel policies and procedures
- Develops/updates job descriptions, as needed
- Assists with hiring by: Participating in applicant interviews; Discussing applicants with hiring team; Assisting Executive Director with hiring decisions
- Welcomes new hires to the organization, including providing/explaining information in onboarding packet
- Assists with responding to and resolving staff concerns, including implementing disciplinary measure(s), as needed
- Discusses data reports with staff, as needed
- Maintains staff confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards
- Attends periodic staff meetings
- Other duties as assigned
