Mr. Brothers is a husband and father who first recognized his passion for family strengthening as a Boy Scout – the first achievement he earned was the Family Living Skill Award. His passion for family strengthening intensified with the birth of his first child. He knew then that the role of father and husband would be the most important job he would ever have.
Mr. Brothers is passionate about fatherhood and he believes that the father’s strength translates into the family’s overall wellbeing. His three favorite words are father, family and marriage.
Mr. Brothers’ approach to engaging with his clients at 360 Family Services is based on Biblical principles. One of Mr. Brothers’ favorite Bible verses is 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV), which reads “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” This verse is not only the theme by which he lives his life; it is also the inspiration for the company’s name. This verse embodies both the philosophy and the mission of 360 Family Services – because a turnaround is possible for every family!

Hi, my name is Nadia Negron. I was born and raised in NYC. I have worked in the medical field for 26 years – I started as a housekeeper and worked my way up to become a unit clerk. After becoming a unit clerk, I continued working until I became a medical assistant working on the pediatric floors. I would often go into the rooms to help the nurses with their patients. This work helped me to realize that my calling is to help patients in need. Why? Because I love helping those in need!
I believe it was GOD who led me to become a medical assistant – He was preparing me to take care of my mom for 2 ½ years. I wasn’t perfect but I never gave up and I would do it all over again. Caring for my mom helped me to understand better why I love helping those in need – it gives me great satisfaction to provide help and to be a support to those in need in this chaotic world.
